Hello!

My name is Jennifer Dubernas and I am a Digital leader. I inspire Digital Transformation, in order to create smart solutions (digital and physical), with great experiences.

In the beginning I started out in Interaction Design and User Research, which quickly evolved in to User Experience (e.g., Strategy, Content, Analytics, etc.). Next I honed in on Product Development, leading Experience (e.g., Brand, Customers, System Design) efforts. Over time, I began to bring together Business, Experience, and Technology. Eventually I oversaw Program Management of large, complex ecosystems. Now I work with organization leadership (C-suite, VPS, GMs, & Directors), and inspire Digital Transformation - strategies, people, process, technologies and capabilities.

Successful at aligning an organization’s structure, bringing cross-departmental teams together, implementing collaborative, agile frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Digital Transformation, Product Development Lifecycle, Design Thinking, Rapid Prototyping, etc.). Lead complex programs through planning, development, and monitoring phases. Provide team coaching and training, filling in and fortifying gaps as necessary. End results are improved organization communication, transparency, clarity, and improved outcomes.

Project Phases:

1. Meet

Let’s meet to discuss the problem we are trying to solve. The goal of this phase is to assess initial challenges, goals, risks, timelines, budget, and resources. We’ll make an initial plan by selecting a process with key activities and determine next steps.

2. Plan

This is foundational to success. We deep-dive into details at this point. Cross-functional research, collaboration, ideation, validation, prioritization, and ultimately strategy is created. We will determine the why, the what (vision), and how (detailed plan).

3. Develop

Now the vision becomes a reality. The goal is to take our plan, flesh out the details, and ultimately develop the experiences. Generally there are three distinct gates for checks-and-balances - proof-of-concepts, pilots, and real world launch.

4. Monitor

Now that the experience is in the real world, we monitor it’s performance. The goal is to determine if we will continue to optimize the solution(s), grow them, or in some cases we need to make a plan to sunset them if they do not meet the business’s expectations.
